Shipping & Returns

Q: What are your shipping options?

A: We offer weight-based US shipping, calculated at checkout, or FREE shipping on orders over $200! Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: Sometimes it just doesn't work out, and we understand that. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made, and items must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new condition, with tags still attached, free from odor, pet hair, being washed, or any other signs of use or damage. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: What items are non-returnable?

A: Accessories, non-clothing items, intimates, swimsuits, leggings, custom-personalized, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: How should I return shoes?

A: Please do not return shoes in boxes with postage stickers and tape directly on the box. To ensure the item remains in resalable condition, please ship shoes in an additional shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes must also be returned unworn, with tags still attached.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping charges?

A: Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will need the Packing Slip to process returns and exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
