CARE AND USE

* While this vessel is dishwasher safe, we recommend handwashing to maintain the best possible finish

* Do not overfill with hot liquids and keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids

* Always make sure lid is tightly secured before drinking.

Returns/Exchanges:

Sometimes it just doesn't work out. We understand that. 

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made, and items must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery.

 Items you wish to return or exchange must be in new condition, with tags still attached, free from odor, pet hair, being washed, or any other signs of use or damage.

Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including: accessories, non-clothing items, intimates, swimsuits, leggings, custom-personalized, made-to-order, and clearance items.

Please do not return shoes in boxes with postage stickers and tape directly on the box. To ensure the item remains in a resalable condition, please ship shoes in an additional shipping box or poly mailer. Shoes must also be returned unworn, with tags still attached.
